Welcome to Dr. Narendra Dabholkar Lokvidyapeeth, an online study center operated by the Maharashtra Andhashraddha Nirmoolan Samiti (MANS). 3. Course Content and Certificates

  • Certificates: Upon scoring 75% or higher in a course assessment, you will receive a digital certificate, which may be downloaded or printed. Certificates are for personal use and do not confer academic credits or formal qualifications.
  • Accuracy: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of course content, we do not guarantee its completeness or suitability for all purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect the intellectual property and mission of MANS.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform and courses are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • MANS will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including technical issues, data loss, or inability to access courses.
  • We are not responsible for third-party content linked to our platform, such as YouTube videos.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users.
